Meaning you’ll be visiting a hospital/doctor/diagnostic chain of your choice to get your regular procedure done but at an unprecedented discount using our card membership applicable for whole family making it an irresistible and a no-brainer deal.

Every family member in blood relationship can be added to the card membership irrespective of their age and location with a maximum of 8 members. Each card membership will have a primary member and rest will be associate family members who will jointly be availing the services.

Arogya Pragati card Members will be able to see the list of all empanelled doctors, hospitals, diagnostic chains, pharmacies and more in the app and on Company website. They can filter based on region, city, speciality type, distance from the user’s location and discounts offered etc. and can make appointments for visit as and when required. A user just needs to produce their physical membership card or digital membership card (inside the App) or Aadhar card for verification and documentation of visit and once the procedure is done, make payment for the service availed using our app or using regular payment methods. While making payment, user will be required to pay discounted price instead of the full price at our healthcare partners. This can be done as many times as needed during the membership period by any or all of the family members.

Everyone can avail Arogya Pragati card membership with no exclusions. Even if you’re having pre-existing ailments or are a smoker or have any other lifestyle disease, you’re eligible for all benefits right from the date of membership for next 1 year.

Our members can book an appointment with desired partner hospital chains (as per their protocols) directly from Arogya Pragati App or by calling our customer service team member. In cases where our Healthcare partners allow direct walk-ins like in case of diagnostic chains, OPDs, Pharmacies etc. our members can simply visit, show card (either in physical form or in digital form from App) or alternatively share their Aadhar Card for verification and avail the services desired.

Yes, you can avail all the benefits of Arogya Pragati card Membership irrespective of all other schemes and coverages you may be part of, as most of the insurers and schemes don’t provide coverage for OPD, medicine purchases, diagnostic tests, ambulances, physio and other wellness services and even in cases of IPD, there are deductions where our membership can still help you get discounts on your out of pocket expenses which you can easily calculate using our savings calculator on website.

Arogya Pragati card members will be able to see applicable discount for any healthcare service provider as a whole or based on the procedure (as applicable) directly from the app. The discounts range anywhere from 10% to 40% and the same can be availed while making payments, which can be made either from App or using any regular payment method like card, UPI, wallets etc.

Yes, such members can avail a direct discount of 20% on renewal fee for next membership year when renewed without any service break (while membership is still in effect).

Every Arogya Pragati card member will get a unique membership number and a unique referral code which can be used to generate referral link for one’s friends, relatives and acquaintances and once a new member joins the card membership (after downloading the app and paying the fees), referring member will be able to get the referral bonus of Rs. 100 credited to their wallet account in the App.

No, there is no limit to how many referrals can one make and how much referral bonus amount a card member can earn. Also, such bonus amount will be credit to user’s wallet linked to Arogya Pragati App and this amount can be used to pay for renewal fees or avail any service at partner healthcare service providers.
